After careful review of the incident where Danny threw the idiot that climbed on him we have a decision. Prior to watching the video we were considering an Orange violation for unnecessary violence. However to be climbed on and dry humped on national television is uncalled for and yes the guy did jump on him. So in my book that is
grounds for some kind of retribution simply to get him off of him. And im sure that Danny did not realize the guy would fall like that.Those types of things happen very quickly so we rule that you should not jump on someone like that and if you do you must deal with consequences. We will not fully approve Green status on Danny until the whole matter is resolved. But we will ask him to show restraint and possibally use other methods to handle that type of situation. He could have just put a sleeper hold on him but again those types of things happen very quick. We will not rule any violations on Danny and will review his green status in the upcoming weeks.
